Orders & Shipping
Below are some of are common questions about orders and shipping.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
Average delivery time - 2-3 working days on our standard delivery service (Royal Mail Tracked 48).
Please note: All orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be sent out the following day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be sent out on Monday.
As soon as your order is processed, we will email you the tracking details for your parcel.
How do I make a return?
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Defective Socks:
- Unfortunately sometimes manufacturing defects slip through and we gladly replace these socks.
- If you experience any issues with your socks within 7 days of wearing them, please get in contact with us by submitting a contact form here.
Steps in returning an item:
- Simply log-in to your account here using the email address used to place the order.
- A six-digital verification code will be sent to the email address. No password is required.
- Select the order you wish to return and follow the steps on the screen.
- Once completed a member of our team will review and if approved an email with return instructions will be sent to the email address.
Please note you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund process
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will examine it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! All orders over £45 get free delivery. This will automatically be applied on checkout.

What payment options are available?
We accept credit and debit card payments through a secure payment gateway. We also offer PayPal checkout options.

Are your products only available online?
Our products are also available from various UK retailers.
I'm in between a UK size 7 and 8. What size do I go for?
If you're in between sizes we suggest that you rather size down (4-7). It's better to have a snug fit than a loose fit.
What are the differences between your socks?

Do you make custom socks?
Yes! We can create fully customised socks for your event, school, team or company!
